A great reminder for the assurance we have as believers that there is nothing in all creation that can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord, because our salvation is not based on us but on the grace of God alone by faith alone because of the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ alone.

I heard a great analogy today. “One of the reasons that it seems like we are reading two different documents is that when a leftist quotes the Constitution or the Declararion of Independence to a conservative, they do it in much the same way that an atheist quotes the Bible to Christians. Leftists selectively hold conservatives accountable to what the constitution states but they do not do the same for themselves because they don’t believe it.”
